The vineyards of the Vitry hillsides cover approximately 480 hectares. This is the smallest wine-growing region in Champagne. The Chardonnay grape variety accounts for over 90% of the vineyards in the Vitry hillsides, producing some particularly excellent Blanc de Blancs cuvées. Along your route, many producers will offer you the opportunity to discover their cellars and their champagnes during a private tasting.
