Treat yourself to a unique moment.In the Zen and Floating area, Elisabeth will be delighted to welcome you to this place of well-being.where you'll find a floatation cabin for 2 people and a place for individual Sophrology sessions.for individual sessions of Sophrology.A float room is an enclosed space filled with water saturated with Epsom salt,allowing the body to float effortlessly.The environment is designed to eliminate external stimuli such as light and sound,promoting deep relaxation and a feeling of weightlessness.Floating:- Reduces stress- Allows deep relaxation- Relieves muscular and chronic pain- Improves concentration- Improves sleep (1 hour of floating is equivalent to 4 hours of sleep!)- Stimulates creativity- Promotes mental well-being
