Bienvenue à la casa offers you, in the heart of the village of Giffaumont-Champaubert, a 100m² apartment on the ground floor of the former presbytery of Giffaumont-Champaubert: a unique place at the foot of the lake. The apartment is composed of three bedrooms with a double bed each, a pleasant living space, a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. There is a washing machine in the kitchen.The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, microwave, vitro hob, Senseo, kettle, toaster, ...)The accommodation has a private garden, ideal for enjoying the sun in complete discretion. The presbytery has parking reserved only for residents of Bienvenue à la Casa. Possibility to store bicycles inside the courtyard which is fully enclosed and secure.Beds made on arrival, wifi and tourist tax included in the price. Bath towel in addition. Travel cot, high chair and bathtub available free of charge on request.You will find less than 20 meters away: a pétanque court, a children's playground, a botanical garden, bakery, pizza box, ...The lake is located 700 meters from the building.Nearby (less than 5 minutes by car) you will find: a casino, restaurants, a beach and many nature, land and especially water activities (pedal boats, paddle, kayak, sailing, ...)! The apartment has an ideal location for the photo festival as well as the annual flea market of Giffaumont-Champaubert.
