Syndicat du Der in charge of tourism development

The Syndicat du Der is an essential body for ensuring the smooth running and maintenance of Lac du Der and its facilities, as well as for creating new developments. Its missions complement those of the Tourist Office and Seine Grands Lacs.

Syndicat d'Aménagement Touristique du Der

The Syndicat du Der is a public body bringing together the Marne and Haute-Marne départements, the Greater Saint-Dizier, Der and Valleys conurbation, the “Vitry, Champagne et Der” and “Perthois, Bocage et Der” communities of communes, and six Aubois communes.

Its missions are essential to the development of Lac du Der.

These include

  • Tourism development (harbors, beaches, nautical stations, bike paths, observatories, etc.)
  • Technical assistance to communes and communities of communes and their residents in setting up tourism-related programs
  • Maintenance of tourist sites

The Syndicat du Der team

The Syndicat du Der is a team at the service of the destination, its partners and elected representatives, alongside the Tourist Office.

  • Agnès COUDRAT: In charge of accounting, administrative management and personnel.
  • Amélie REIGNIER: Development Officer
  • Florence CLÉMENT: In charge of secretarial services
  • Patrick DOROLLE and his team: In charge of maintenance of all the lake’s public spaces and facilities.

Calls for expressions of interest and public procurement / concessions

The Syndicat manages facilities directly related to its tourism development. In this context, it has assets that it wishes to develop by offering them foroccupation by private operators, for the operation of an economic activity whose project is defined by each carrier interested in occupying the site.

To this end, the following properties are the subject of calls for expressions of interest:

  • AMI occupancy of business cells on the Station Nautique mall

    7 business units located in a building complex on the Station Nautique Mall

    • Cell 1: 174 m² (2,660 sq.ft.)
    • Unit 2: 83 m² (83 sq.m.)
    • Unit 3: 141 m² (141 sq.m.)
    • Unit 4: 51 m² (51 sq.m.)
    • Unit 5: 330 m² of floor space
    • Unit 6: 283 m² wellness area with pool
    • Unit 7: 141 sq.m.

To meet its needs in terms of works, supplies and services, the Syndicat has to conclude public procurement contracts and concessions.

The Syndicat has launched a competitive bidding procedure, currently underway, for the award of the following public procurement contracts:

  • Tourism Development Study

    Joint tourism development study for the 4CVS and Syndicat du Der territories

    Consideration of project documents and vocations, development of the scenario and consolidation of the tourism development strategy

  • Collection and treatment of assimilated household waste from the Syndicat's tourist sites

    Framework agreement with no minimum and a maximum divided into 3 lots:

    • Lot 1 – Collection and processing of household waste (OMR), municipal solid waste (EMR-JRM) and biowaste
    • Batch 2 – Collection and processing of glass packaging at RRPs
    • Batch 3 – Collection and processing of RRP cardboard
