Don't miss the magnificent Sainte-Croix-en-son-Exaltation church located on the Champagne Half-Timbered Churches Tourist Route.
3Lentilles
Still on the Route of 16th-century half-timbered churches with stained glass windows, the Church of Saint James and Saint Philip in Lentilles is one of the most beautiful on this tourist trail, its distinctly rustic character giving it a certain charm.
4Montmorency-Beaufort
Arrival at this stage. It was not until 1919 that Montmorency-Beaufort took its current name. However, the village was mentioned as early as the Carolingian period under the name of Beaufort. The Via Francigena continues towards Précy-Saint-Martin and Dienville.
