Located on the Champaubert peninsula on the southern basin of Lac du Der, the Braucourt Sailing Base is open from March to October. Created in 1976 and renovated in 2016, the structure has a capacity of 65 to 70 outdoor beds (large Indian tepees, tents). It welcomes schools for discovery class stays or day sailing activities.

The activity leaders offer a rich and varied range of activities: sailing, kayaking, paddle, geocaching, mountain biking, history of the lake and discovery of the natural environment. Groups of adults and children can also find a place to stay and unusual accommodation and activity proposals. During the summer, the base transforms itself and offers children from the area and elsewhere an educational and sporting holiday with their feet in the water!
