400 hives in organic conversion.
The hives are installed on several sectors between Joinville and Saint-Rémy-en-Bouzemont.
Two harvests per year are carried out, in spring and in July.
Spring honey: a blend of hawthorn, rapeseed, maple, dandelion and willow
Summer honey: predominantly linden, bramble and sometimes chestnut, clover and pasture flowers.
A third harvest can take place with a dominant of clover.
Diversification towards pollen and propolis production.
