Les Clés d'Emeraude - Au Milieu de Nulle Part

Our old timber-framed hunting lodge, entirely renovated using natural clay and wood materials, houses charming rooms to offer our guests a stay as close to nature as possible and a break from everyday life.

You will find on 2 levels :
3 spacious and tastefully decorated rooms arranged in 3 distinct units. Each room is equipped with a dining area with microwave, small fridge and kettle tray
A games and leisure room ideal for relaxation, meetings, leisure activities (table football, board games, reading, music).
A large living room of 90m² with a lounge area and TV opening onto the terrace
A south-west facing terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, outdoor dining area and barbecue overlooking the park
A north-east facing terrace with garden furniture and an old half-timbered dovecote
A vast shaded and enclosed park of 1 hectare
A private car park with about ten spaces for light vehicles and a space for people with reduced mobility
Spacious and very bright, the living rooms are through-going and open by large bay windows on the terrace, the orchard and the park which surround the house.

The bedrooms
They are tastefully decorated on the themes of nature and extraordinary and fantastic travel.
On the garden level, the Don Quixote suite with independent access to two rooms with bathroom and toilet equipped for people with reduced mobility:

L'Aigle Pygargue: 1 double bed (200 x 160) and 1 convertible bed - accessible to people with reduced mobility
Le Héron pourpré : 2 twin beds (200 x 90) accessible for PRM
Bathroom and toilet accessible to PRM
On the first floor:
The "Little Prince" suite of two rooms with bathroom and toilet
Le Renard roux : 2 twin beds (200 x 90) alternative king-size
Les Oies sauvages : 2 twin beds (190 x 90) alternative queen-size, 1 mezzanine bed (190 x90)
Bathroom with toilet for the Red Fox and Eagle suite
and a room for 3 persons with bathroom "Les Grues Cendrées
2 twin beds (200 x 90) alternative king-size and 1 single bed (90 x 190) + 1 baby bed on request,
private bathroom with baby accessories,
private toilet separate from the bathroom and the bedroom
For small groups or families it is possible to privatise the site for a maximum of 15 people on request.
In this case, our guests can prepare their own meals on site or use the services of local caterers.
In this ecological space, the heating is mainly wood-fired. However, each room is equipped with electric convectors. The domestic hot water is solar (dual energy).

The reception of people with reduced mobility for the 4 criteria of handicaps (motor, mental, auditory and visual) is foreseen: 2 rooms with bathroom and toilets are accessible to PRM.
An unusual private sauna for 2 people allows you to relax after a long walk or a bike ride (extra charge).

From Au Milieu de Nulle Part, several signposted hiking trails allow you to discover the region's exceptional biodiversity and timber-framed heritage on foot, mountain bike or VTC.
