L'Argentique

We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Montier-en-Der, this charming house of lime pit foot with swimming pool, of a surface of 45 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 25 m², an open plan kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room and you can enjoy a garden of about 20 m². Wifi (optical fibre), we are waiting for you!

The flat, which faces north-west, is composed as follows:
- A living room of 25 m² with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Senseo coffee machine...
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200).
- A shower room with shower and WC.

Outside :
- A private swimming pool (outside, not heated) open in summer, with a 10×5 m fence. It is located on the owners' land. From your accommodation, you only need to cross a small courtyard to access it.
- A garden of about 20 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

The house is ideally located in Montier-en-Der, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops within a 10 minute walk, but also from the proximity of shops, restaurants, bars, markets...

Activities :
- 10 kilometres by car or by bike (cycle track) from the Lac Du Der (largest artificial lake in Europe) with water sports, hiking, restaurants, Casino.
- 35 kilometres from the NIGLOLAND theme park (Dolancourt).
- 35 kilometres from the Charles DE GAULLE Memorial (Colombey les 2 Eglises).
- 60 kilometres from the outlet shops (Troyes).

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the private parking of the house (1 vehicle).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Saint-Dizier train station located about 29 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Metz Lorraine airport located at about 1H52 by car.

Other remarks:
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
- The cleaning at the end of your stay is to be done by you (or in supplement at 50€ with our provider on the spot).
- Free Wifi available (optical fibre).
- Pets accepted on request, for an extra charge of 15€/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify this when booking.
