Victor Montigny, who is an intern at the Ligue pour la Protection des Oiseaux de Champagne-Ardenne (League for the Protection of Birds of Champagne-Ardenne) based on the banks of the Lac du Der, has produced in a few weeks a booklet focusing exclusively on the emblematic bird of the lake.
In these few pages, you will find information about the bird, the periods, places and advice on how to observe it without disturbing it, how banding is done and games to continue the discovery.
This booklet is available at the Tourist Office of Lac du Der in Giffaumont as well as at the reception of the L.P.O. Champagne-Ardenne.
