What interests you most about your job?
"The most interesting thing has to be diversity of our visitors - we get such range of people, and the different roles of my function mean I have to adapt to everyone! I organise events, and shows and make sure everyone has a good time according to their tastes..."
How do you welcome people who've never been to a casino before?
"If they wish, novice players, are taken care of as soon as they arrive, and are accompanied to the games room for explanations."
Which game that attracts the most customers?
"The attraction of a game differs according to the sensitivity of each person — the colours, the noise, the visual signals ... But as soon as we have anything new it quickly becomes very popular!"
